In 2020, History Makers Conference is again heading overseas to partner with Victory Church, Port Vila, to run History Makers Conference Vanuatu, in the heart of Vanuatu's capital city, Port Vila. We are taking a team of 20 people, and we want to invite you to be a part of the team! There are 10 spaces reserved for youth and young adults from around Australia who are interested in joining the trip to help run the conference and experience the culture of Vanuatu. The trip will run from March 31st to April 7th 2020, with the conference spanning 3 nights and 1 day.
As well as running History Makers Conference, we will spend time visiting and ministering at Victory School of Hope in the Black Sand Community, and Victory Church in Port Vila. We will also have a few days where we will experience all that Vanuatu has to offer - the culture, the people, the food, the sites and of course the crystal clear beaches.
EXPRESSION
There is a maximum of 10 spaces for youth and young adult aged additional team members. We will be taking expression of interests for this trip until January 30th, 2020. Once your expression of interest form has been received, we will be in contact with further details. Please note this expression of interest is not a guaranteed spot on the trip.
DETAILS
March 31st - flying out in the morning from Melbourne Airport.
April 7th - flying back in the evening to Melbourne Airport.
Total of 7 nights and 8 days.

FOR THE PARENTS
The team will consist of 10 HM Team Members and 10 spots are available for additional youth and young adults. Two adult HM Team Members will be specifically responsible for hosting and looking after the youth and young adults team. Your child will be well cared for, and you will be able to meet the team at an information session or through Skype, if you wish. We believe that this will be an incredible opportunity for your child to be involved in a missions trip and experience Vanuatu during the school holidays.
FINANCIALLY
Trip Cost - $1800 Plus money for food and spending - we recommend approximately $300.
(A 50% deposit of $900 will be required to confirm your place on the team)
